Reservations Accepted On Tuesday, December 13, LAWSON will begin accepting reservations for a total of 15 products for Setsubun in 2023, including "Eho-maki", "Setsubun-soba", and "Setsubun Wagashi/Sweets".

In principle, LAWSON requires reservations for event items in order to reduce food loss. In addition to in-store reservations, the company has also introduced "LAWSON App Reservations," in which customers can make reservations and make payments via an app and pick up the items at the store on a specified date. The application reservation period for this year's Keihomaki is 43 days, 30 days longer than last year, and bonus points will be given for some products as a special offer.

Mottainai! Ebi Katsu Ebikatsu Eh

omaki Shrimp cutlets that could have been disposed of due to excess inventory, and crab cakes and shrimp that were out of standard size due to substandard coloration, broken pieces, etc., are used for the filling. The taste of each ingredient is the same as that of the regular product, but at a more affordable price than if the regular product were used. The price is 430 yen.

Available at approximately 4,800 stores in the Kanto Koshinetsu area (Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Niigata, Yamanashi, and Nagano prefectures).

Luxury King Salmon Ebomaki

: King salmon with a deep flavor and fatty taste that is worthy of being called the king of salmon is used. By using only cucumber and thickly baked egg as the filling, customers can fully enjoy the taste of king salmon.

Yakiniku Toraji's Ebomaki: Japanese beef

ribs, thick-baked egg, Chinese cabbage kimchi, and komatsuna namul (Japanese mustard greens) are used as the middle ingredients. The beef is dipped in a special sauce supervised by "Yakiniku Toraji" and grilled before being combined with the special sauce.

Ingredients

: Ebomaki with seven different ingredients: grilled conger eel, thick-baked egg, cucumber, oboro, shiitake mushroom, dried shredded tofu, and dried tofu. The thickly baked egg is made with bonito broth and kelp broth to bring out the richness of the egg.

houmaki: A ehoumaki with seven different ingredients: Atlantic salmon, thick-baked egg, cucumber, shrimp, squid, pickled tuna, and kazunokko (kazunokko pickled in soy sauce). The thickly baked egg is made with bonito and kelp broth.

Three

types of ehoumaki set: "ehoumaki with seven kinds of ingredients," "seafood ehoumaki," and "salad ehoumaki. The price is 1,382 yen. 100 bonus points will be given for app reservation.

Japanese confectionery in the shape of cute red and blue demons for Setsubun. The faces are made of kneaded dough, the filling is made of koshian (sweet bean paste), and the eyes and cheeks are made of yokan (sweet jellied sweet bean paste).

Setsubun Mame Daifuku (Mame Daifuku with Tsubu-an)

) A roll cake with a blend of Japanese and Western flavors, inspired by "shio-mame-daifuku" (salted soy bean cake).
