From Kiyoken's "Choice of Ehomaki" series, "Shiumai Ehomaki" and "Kuchifuku Ehomaki" will appear as different types of products from the orthodox school. Both are available in limited quantities.

Kuchifuku Ehomaki

"Kuchifuku Ehomaki" is a dish that uses seven kinds of ingredients in honor of the Seven Lucky Gods, who are said to bring good fortune. "Nanohana" and "Crab-flavored Kamaboko pickled in sweet and sour sauce" that add color and flavor to seafood such as "Taisoboro" and "Vinegared rice with sardines", and the seasoning of bamboo shoots as a unique taste of Sakiyoken "Simmered bamboo shoots", "Grilled egg" with a gentle taste, and "Ginger kelp mixed" with a sweet and spicy ginger flavor are wrapped in vinegared rice and brilliant grilled seaweed.

It is about 18 cm long and about 5 cm in diameter. Reservations will be accepted from January 7th, and will be delivered at approximately 160 stores mainly in Kanagawa and Tokyo from February 1st to 3rd. Also, on February 3rd, over-the-counter sales without reservation will be held at about 120 stores mainly in Kanagawa and Tokyo. The selling price is 730 yen (tax included, same below).

Shumai Ehomaki

"Shiumai Ehomaki Man" is a roll of Kiyoken's Shiumai bean paste wrapped in Chinese steamed bun skin. It is smaller than the general Ehomaki and is said to be easy to enjoy. It is also characterized by the branding iron of the character "Hyo-chan" in the soy sauce bowl of Kiyoken.

Approximately 10 cm in length and 4 cm in diameter. From January 7th to February 3rd, mail-order sales and freezing sales will be carried out at roadside stores with some freezing facilities. In addition, reservations for normal temperature sales will start from January 7, and will be delivered at about 160 stores mainly in Kanagawa and Tokyo from February 1 to 3. In addition to this, about 160 stores mainly in Kanagawa and Tokyo will sell at room temperature without reservation from February 1st to 3rd, but some stores will only sell on February 3rd. The selling price is 350 yen.
