FamilyMart's "Eho-maki 2023"

will be accepted at FamilyMart stores and via Famipay, an app of FamilyMart, from December 22. This is part of the "more delicious" concept, one of the five keywords that FamilyMart has been working on since last year.

2929 Ebomaki supervised by "NIKUYAMA"

This beef-based Ebomaki is supervised by "NIKUYAMA," a Kichijoji yakiniku restaurant that is hard to reserve. Charcoal-grilled Angus beef is tossed with yakiniku sauce containing gochujang (red pepper paste), hot pepper paste, and soy bean sauce, and wrapped with kimchi, a chili-based sauce enriched with spicy vegetables, fish sauce, and squid extract. You can enjoy the mellow aroma and flavor of the meat, kimchi, and sauce.

Luxury Kaisen

Keihomaki: Kaisen Keihomaki roll with scallops from Mutsu Bay, snow crab, and special grade laver from the Ariake Sea. You can enjoy the texture of the scallops and the flavor of the snow crab. The hand-rolling design allows you to roll the laver by yourself, giving it a crispy texture and rich aroma.

Ebomaki

: A standard Ebomaki containing egg yaki, shiitake mushroom stew, kanpyo nimono, conger eel, dried tofu, oboro (dried bonito flakes), and cucumber. Product size (approx.): 13 cm (length) x 4.7 cm (diameter), priced at 480 yen.

Mini Ehoumaki 2-piece

set: A set of two miniature versions of the standard Ehoumaki. Product size (approx.) 9 cm (length) X 4.7 cm (diameter). 700 yen.

Kaisen e

houmaki: A ehoumaki filled with tuna tataki, salmon tataki, sliced silver salmon, omelet, and cucumber. Product size (approx.): 9 cm (length) x 4.7 cm (diameter). 500 yen.

Salad Eh

omaki: Ehomaki with egg yaki, aroma box (crab cakes), tuna mayonnaise (with aroma box and onion), and cucumber. Product size (approx.): 9 cm (length) x 4.7 cm (diameter), priced at 390 yen.

Setsubun Choco Banana Crepe

A glutinous crepe filled with bananas, whipped cream, chocolate whipped cream, and custard. Product size (approx.): 14.5 cm (length) x 6 cm (width) x 3.9 cm (height). 330 yen.
