2023 Lineup

The 2023 lineup includes the standard "Happy Ehomaki", as well as "Kami-Kaisen Ehomaki", "Hirekatsu Ehomaki", and a special 3-piece ehoumaki set.

The lineup of sweets includes six types of fruit rolls, premium fruit rolls, and Belgian chocolate cream rolls.

Kaisen

Keihomaki: A Kaisen Keihomaki roll with five kinds of seafood, a thick-baked egg, cucumber, and seven other ingredients.


The price is 505.44 yen (tax included, same below).

Kaisen Keihomaki 3-pack

set

: 3-pack of Kaisen Keihomaki rolls rolled with 7 different ingredients. Comes with a small bag of soy sauce and wasabi.

Kofuku ehoumaki

: A futomakizushi roll with seven ingredients: grilled conger eel, thick-baked egg, oboro, shiitake mushroom, dried gourd, dried tofu, and cucumber, named after the "Seven Gods of Good Luck" who bring happiness.


The price is 473.04 yen.

Kofuku ehoumaki (short size

) The specifications of the Kofuku ehoumaki are retained, but the length is reduced to a short size of approximately 9 cm.

Hire-katsu ehoumaki

Korean-style Beef Yakiniku Roll

Namul is colorfully prepared with carrots and komatsuna greens. It is seasoned with gochujang (red pepper paste) and yakiniku sauce, and Korean chili peppers are added to make it spicy.

Shanghai fresh rolls

: Natural sweet shrimp are used for umami and texture, and a rich and deep flavor is achieved with the sumptuous use of herring roe and red snow crab mawashi (minced red snow crab).

Premium Fruit Roll

Whipped cream, custard, strawberries, bananas and fresh Hokkaido whipped cream are wrapped in a moist and fluffy dough.

About Reservations and Pickup

If you make a reservation and purchase in-store, you will receive an early bird discount, a WAON bonus point present, and a free 660 ML bottle of Jurokucha (discounts and special offers vary depending on the product and method of purchase).

Also, starting this year, "online reservations" will be available, allowing customers to make reservations online and pick up their order in stores. The online pre-order service is only available for the set of three ehomaki (three different types of ehomaki), and customers who pre-order online by January 19 will receive a 300 yen discount off the original price.

The reservation deadline and pickup date differ depending on the product, reservation method, and reservation date.

Shanghai fresh rolls

If you apply for reservation by January 19, 2023, you will receive the rolls from 12:00 noon on February 3, 2023.

Sweets

If you make a reservation by January 24, 2023, you will be able to pick up your order from 12:00 noon on February 1, 2 and 3, 2023.

Online Reservations

The only product available for online reservations is the "3 types of ehomaki 3-piece set". If you make a reservation by January 24, 2023, you will be able to pick up your order from 12:00 p.m. on February 3, 2023.
