At each Ippudo store (excluding some), following "Shiramaru Tonkotsu Tofu" with "best tofu" instead of noodles, "Akamaru Tonkotsu Tofu" and "Karaka Tonkotsu Tofu" will be available from December 12th. It is on sale. The sale period is until March 31, 2018. There are 45 stores in the Kyushu, Kanto, and Chubu areas.

These are a new style of noodleless ramen that you can scoop up 250g (8.82oz) of "best tofu" with a lotus and eat it. Following the "Shiramaru Tonkotsu Tofu" released in 2016, Akamaru Tonkotsu Tofu and Karaka Tonkotsu Tofu are now available as new flavors. The prices are 850 yen and 890 yen (both including tax).
