Ippudo "Gokukaraka Noodles"

In commemoration of the 35th anniversary of the founding of the ramen brand "Ippudo" that originated in Hakata, the standard ramen "Karakamen" was renewed on October 16th. The name will also be renewed to "Kiwami Karaka Noodles" and will be sold (excluding some stores).

"Karaka Noodle" is a ramen that has a lot of fans because of its addictive and stimulating spiciness. It has a longer history than Ippudo's representative menus, "Shiramaru Motomi" and "Akamaru Shinmi," and is the longest-loved ramen dish.

The new "Gokukaraka Noodles" are "stimulating" and are finished in a cup that allows you to enjoy a good balance of spiciness, umami, and sweetness. The soup is Ippudo's fragrant silky tonkotsu soup, combined with homemade chili oil and perfume oil to add spiciness and richness. The noodles are changed from medium-thick straight noodles, and thin noodles unique to Hakata are combined.

The toppings are made with "meat miso", which has more spices than before and has a stronger aroma, spiciness, and umami, and a spicy and scented tempura with multiple spices, so that you can enjoy the texture. .. You can choose from two types of spiciness, "normal" and "special spicy".

And the biggest point is "sesame bomb". A special sesame paste made from roasted sesame seeds and kneaded sesame seeds, which is served with "Gokukaraka noodles". By adding it to the soup and melting it while eating, it changes to a dandan noodle-like taste, and you can enjoy the taste change.

The price is 850 yen (excluding tax). In addition, 2 pieces of char siu, 3 pieces of glue, and "specially made pole karaka noodles" with soft-boiled egg will be prepared for 1,090 yen (excluding tax).
