From Ippudo, three types of menus named "Jiro Three Brothers" have appeared as "super power ramen". Both are available only at the Fukuoka / Nishidori store.

Jiro Three Brothers

"Sorry Jiro", "Bukkake Jiro" and "Spicy Jiro" are available. Instead of the usual Ippudo thin noodles, each one uses extra-thick small noodles, topped with a heap of boiled vegetables and char siu, and finished with backfat and garlic to give it a punchy taste.

I'm sorry Jiro

"I'm sorry Jiro" is a soup-free mixed soba that has been sold for a long time, and it is said that you can enjoy a punchy taste with a straight ball. Tailored so that you can enjoy the vegetables and noodles that are so rich that you can't stir from the bottom. The selling price is 920 yen (tax included, same below).

Bukkake Jiro

"Bukkake Jiro" is a version of I'm sorry Jiro with soup. Black pepper and white pepper accentuate the refreshing tonkotsu soup, and you can enjoy the change in taste by mixing garlic little by little. The selling price is 950 yen.

Spicy Jiro

"Spicy Jiro" is a mixed soba noodle without soup, and is sprinkled with a special spicy sauce containing spicy miso, chili pepper, and habanero, and the thick noodles are firmly entwined with chili oil. For the spicy party, the selling price is 990 yen.

In addition, as additional toppings, "bean sprout addition" is 110 yen, "vegetable addition" is 260 yen, and "meat addition (3 pieces)" is 260 yen.
