The first To go ramen brand "Kuroobi" in Japan, which was born in New York (NY), USA, has opened its grand opening in the "RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK" food hall in Shibuya, Tokyo. A spin-off brand of the ramen chain "Ippudo".

"Kuroobi" was born in 2014 in NY, and its brand is chicken plain hot water ramen, which has 6 stores in the United States and 1 store in Singapore. At our first restaurant in Japan, we also have a menu that uses chicken, centered on chicken plain hot water ramen.

The signboard menu is the same "black belt" as the store name. The mellow and rich chicken plain hot water soup is combined with thick noodles, and the toppings are moist chicken char siu, soft-boiled egg, green onion, and fried onion chips. There is also a refreshing chicken bouillon soup ramen "brown belt" that is different from chicken plain hot water.

As with overseas stores, the To go ceremony, which is common in American ramen culture, will be introduced in both cases. The pottery bowl is not used and can be placed in a paper cup that is easy to carry and eat. Even at the first store, you can take it home or work from the food hall and enjoy it.
