Chiba RED is a soup made by blending Ippudo's special "Karaka Miso" to bring out the spiciness and umami. Largely cut onions are fried in chili oil and topped with white onions, which are indispensable for the "Katsuura style".


Chiba BLACK is a soy sauce ramen proposed by the owner of the shop. Chiba soy sauce is blended with the broth of char siu, and Chiba brand marine product "Kanada Nori" is used for the seaweed.
