Introducing "MOS CLASSIC", a mos burger where you can enjoy the premium hamburger "gourmet burger". "MOS CLASSIC Sendagaya store" will open in Sendagaya, Tokyo on November 27th. Actually, it has been open in Kagurazaka, Tokyo for about 10 years, but it has closed once. It was decided to open again in Sendagaya this time.

The signature menu is a hearty "gourmet burger", sandwiches, and coffee brewed with a "light siphon".

There is an iron plate in front of the counter seats, where hamburger patties and buns are baked. It's just like a teppanyaki restaurant.

On the crispy baked buns, put the crispy lettuce, tomatoes, and onions that are familiar with ordinary moss, and turn on the patty finished in a different frying pan with a "teriyaki" taste. After closing the lid with mayonnaise and mustard buns, the signboard menu "Moss Classic Teriyaki Burger" (1,100 yen, tax included, same below) is completed.

Put it in a bag that you can take out separately, and when you bite into a big burger, the taste of teriyaki spreads in your mouth. It is well entwined with the flesh-filled patty that weighs 113g (3.99oz), and it has a strong taste but no persistence.

The buns are soft and voluminous, and the bottom is thin and the bottom is crispy. On the other hand, the upper side is thick and you can enjoy a moderate texture and melting in the mouth. Also, the fact that the sauce soaks only on the upper side makes it seem as if it has been calculated. You can thoroughly enjoy the ingredients with the unique way of eating a big burger, which you put in a bag and crush it tightly.

Business hours are from 10:00 to 23:00. Until 17:00, as LUNCH & CAFE TIME, a lunch set with drinks (starting from 1,000 yen) and sweets that can be set with French toast and drinks for an additional 200 yen will be offered.

At dinner time from 17:00, an à la carte menu featuring vegetables and "most chicken" that are also used in regular stores will appear. From appetizers to main courses and desserts, we have a sufficient selection as a dinner restaurant. It is also possible to make reservations, so it seems that it can be used for group dinners.
