Mos Burger "Ryukyu Classic Burger

A new product, "Ryukyu Classic Burger," will be available exclusively at Mos Burger in Okinawa Prefecture from October 4 to early November. The price is 490 yen (tax included).

The "Ryukyu Classic Burger" is a hamburger commemorating the 40th anniversary of the first Mos Burger store in Okinawa. It is a sandwich of green leaf, tomato, patty (meat), sauteed onion, bacon, and original sauce. The sauce is an aromatic combination of slowly simmered red wine and red wine vinegar with demi-glace sauce. The bacon is made from Italian pork, which is also used to make cured ham, and is said to have a smooth texture and sweetness.
