FamilyMart New Product "Choco Butter Bread" New Series of Famima Bakery

FamilyMart's original bread brand "FAMIMA BAKERY" will release three new products "Chocobata Pan" made with chocolate and fermented butter on October 25.

Chocobata Pan" is a new bread series that allows customers to enjoy the delicious taste of the popular bread ingredient "chocolate" and the trendy "fermented butter" that melts together. Choco Croissant for Choco Lovers," the No. 1 selling sweet bread of the year (March 2021-February 2022), has been relaunched as "Choco Croissant with dough containing fermented butter," and "Fresh Choco Brioche with whipped cream containing fermented butter" and "Cream with fermented butter Baked Chocolate Danish with Fermented Butter Cream" will be newly released.

Choco Croissant with Fermented Butter Dough" contains twice as much fermented butter as "Choco Croissant for Choco Lovers" (compared to "Choco Croissant for Choco Lovers"). The chocolate has been improved by revising the manufacturing process to give it a more chocolaty taste. The rich flavor of chocolate can be felt from the first bite. Fresh Chocolate Brioche with Whipped Cream and Fermented Butter

Fresh chocolate brioche with whipped cream and fermented butter is sandwiched between fresh chocolate cream and whipped cream with fermented butter in a smooth brioche dough made with fresh cream. The harmony of the melted raw chocolate cream and the fluffy whipped cream can be enjoyed. The price is 145 yen (tax included). The selling price and specifications differ for Okinawa Prefecture.

Baked Chocolate Danish with Fermented Butter Cream

The "Baked Chocolate Danish with Fermented Butter Cream" is a crispy Danish pastry filled with fermented butter, filled with chocolate cream, topped with cubes of chocolate and almonds, and baked to perfection. The texture of the baked chocolate cubes can be enjoyed. The price is 145 yen (tax included). The selling price and specifications differ for Okinawa Prefecture.


Purchasing bread between October 25 and November 7, customers will receive a receipt coupon for a 20 yen discount on all bread items for use the next time. The exchange period is from October 25 to November 14. Not applicable for refrigerated sandwiches, burgers, and frozen/refrigerated bread (some stores may have other products not applicable in addition to those listed above). Not available in Okinawa Prefecture.
