This product is said to have been developed in collaboration with the soy sauce brewer Goto Soy Sauce (Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture), which was founded in 1918, and YK STORES, which handles product planning and development. By adding Amami (Kagoshima Prefecture) brown sugar to the specially brewed sweet soy sauce, it seems to have an elegant sweetness. In addition to shaved ice, it is perfect for soft serve ice cream and polar bears.
