"Pino Scorched Caramel" for a limited time

Morinaga Milk Industry will release a new product in the "Pino" series, "Pino Scorched Mitarashi Caramel" on November 25th. A product with the "essence of Japanese", supervised by Jun Kuroki, the owner of the Japanese restaurant "Kurogi" at Shibadaimon, Tokyo. The price is 180 yen (excluding tax). Limited time until around March 2020.

"Pino Scorched Caramel" is a bite-shaped ice cream made by coating smooth charred caramel ice cream with milk chocolate that melts in your mouth. By blending charred caramel ice cream with moderately salty and fragrant soy sauce, the taste of charred caramel is expressed, and soy milk is blended to create a refreshing sweetness.

In addition, to commemorate the release of the product, for a limited time from November 21st to December 15th, the collaboration menu "Kakigori Scorched Mitarashi Caramel" will be available at the sweets shop "Kurogi otona Kurogi" in Ueno by Jun Kuroki. Will be provided.

"Shaved ice charred caramel" is a menu of slightly sweet and sour "Mitarashi flavored caramel" sprinkled on shaved ice soaked with homemade milk. A rich yet refreshing "Kurogi" shaved ice topped with cheese cream and red bean paste. Finish with chocolate honey for a "pino" look. The price is 1,850 yen (tax included).
