This menu is an upgraded version of "Unadon," which was previously offered only in the summer, and is sold all year round. One eel, which is larger than before, is grown from Shirasu in a dedicated pond in Guangdong Province, China. The sauce is said to be lightly finished with the taste of soy sauce to enhance the aroma of eel.
