Carefully selected rice balls are rice balls made using domestic Koshihikari and seafood from the Seto Inland Sea, as well as "Hakuho no Shio" and ingredients that are particular about the production area. The items released this time are "Grilled Sockeye Salmon Harami" (160 yen), which contains sockeye salmon that has been roasted well, "Sanriku salmon roe pickled in soy sauce" (190 yen), and "Charcoal fire using Sakurahime from Miyazaki Prefecture". There are 5 dishes: "Yakitori" (160 yen), "Hokkaido roe cod roe" (160 yen), and "Japanese black beef salmon roe" (160 yen).
