Laksa, who won the number one lunch box (noodle section) in Japan, wonders how delicious it is ... I'm curious! So I decided to buy it for lunch today and try it.

Laksa in a heavy cup when picked up. I have a lot of feelings before I open it. Please warm it in the microwave immediately.
The coconut-flavored soup is topped with flat pho and plenty of fried tofu, steamed chicken, savory vegetables, boiled eggs, tomatoes, carrots, and bean sprouts. Plenty of ingredients so that you can't see the noodles!

Bagna cauda is full of large-cut colorful vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, pumpkins, onions, cabbage, and paprika. I can't see it because it's hidden behind vegetables, but there is Bagna cauda sauce on the bottom. I would like vegetables to be entwined with this.
All the vegetables are steamed plumply and have a very soft mouthfeel! Carrots and onions have no bitterness and are sweet, and pumpkins, sweet potatoes, and potatoes are hook-and-eat. The sauce is delicious, of course, but this is a dish that lets you enjoy the original taste of vegetables!
