Of course, I went into the store and ordered "Katon Laksa" (950 yen). By the way, Katong is a place name in Singapore. Laksa is said to have different ingredients and tastes depending on the region.

About 10 minutes later, a large bowl of laksa was brought in. It gives off a fascinating scent that makes food feel ethnic.

The chili and coconut milk soup is topped with pasta-like noodles, bean sprouts, shrimp and eggs, and lime to add freshness to the soup's aftertaste.

When you take a sip of thick soup, the deep sweetness of coconut milk, which is so rich that you can feel the texture on your tongue, the taste of seafood, and the spiciness of chili are added to make it insanely delicious .
