Kitcut's "specialty store" "Kitcut Chocolatery" opened its third store in Matsuzakaya Nagoya store (Naka-ku, Nagoya) on October 29th. This will be the first store to open outside of Tokyo.

To commemorate this, the new product "KitKat Chocolatery Special Ginger" will be released in advance, and the store-limited product "Nagoya Assort" will be released.


The "KitKat Chocolatery Special Ginger," which will be released in advance at the Nagoya store, is finished by layering wafers on cream kneaded with ginger extract powder and wrapping it in milk chocolate. The scent of ginger spreads in your mouth, and you can enjoy the mellow sweetness and elegant spiciness. 4 pieces, the price is 400 yen.

On the other hand, "KitKat Chocolatery Special Nagoya Assortment" has 4 kinds of popular flavors "Cream Cheese", "Strawberry Maple", "Matcha & Kinako" and new flavor "Ginger" of "KitKat Chocolatery Special". Limited assortment with a total of 12 pieces each. It is packed in a "golden" package with the image of Nagoya. The price is 1,350 yen.


◆ I tried to eat it a little earlier

Obtained "KitKat Chocolatery Special Ginger" prior to its pre-sale at the Nagoya store. I decided to try it a little earlier.



The moment you bite, the refreshing scent of ginger goes through your nose. The outside is wrapped in milk chocolate, so the taste of ginger itself is not very sharp. After tasting the elegantly sweet chocolate, a slightly spicy scent follows. Like the "special chili" I ate before, it has a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, and it's delicious.



The "KitKat Chocolatery Special Ginger" will also be on sale from November 7th at the Seibu Ikebukuro store and Daimaru Tokyo store.
