This fruity tart is only available during this season. The fresh, gently sweet "ripe peaches from Yamanashi" and the refreshingly sour rare cheese cream are a perfect match. Priced at 2,808 yen for a whole and 410 yen for a piece (tax included).

Fruit Bomb Cake with Ripe Peaches

from Yamanashi Prefecture A generous cake with "ripe peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture" pasted on a bomb-shaped cake combining white peach cream with a hint of white peach flavor and sweet and sour raspberry mousse. Fresh sweet and fragrant Yamanashi white peaches delivered from contract farmers are soaked in lemon mint syrup at the company's own factory and lavishly topped with this cake. The cake is finished with yogurt cream, white peach sauce, Yamanashi white peaches in syrup, sponge, and raspberry napage to create a multi-layered cake that is visually pleasing as well. In season, Yamanashi white peaches are firm and fine-textured, with a pleasant mouthfeel and concentrated sweetness.
