At the cafe "rejiig" (Shinjuku, Tokyo) on the 8th floor of the Shinjuku Isetan Men's Building, new menus such as "rejiig premium burger" using 100% Japanese black beef putty will be released on September 1.


"Rejiig Premium Burger" is an original hamburger made by combining 100% Japanese black beef pate from Saga prefecture with onion and garlic chaliapin sauce and sandwiching it with lettuce, tomato and fried egg.

Served with French fries and ketchup from the British luxury jam brand "Tiptree". Limited quantity, price is 2,160 yen.

In addition, "Mont Blanc Cream Parfait" is newly added to the dessert menu. Montblanc cream using French marron paste is finished with vanilla ice cream and macaroons.


It is topped with chopped astringent chestnuts and bittersweet cacao nibs. The sweetness is modest, so it is recommended for men as well. The price is 1,296 yen.
