It is located on the 1st floor of Yokohama World Porters, just after entering from the entrance on the Cosmo World side where the Ferris wheel is located. In front of a small shop with only a counter, there are a lot of big signboards. There are many sea bream parfaits with parfaits in them.

There are many variations of sea bream parfait, and it seems that about 10 types are available, including the most popular "strawberry chocolate cream parfait". After much trouble, I was attracted to the pink color and decided to be the most popular "Strawberry Parfait". Buy a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine next to the counter and give it to the staff.


Completed in about 1 minute! Finally, it's time to meet the real sea bream parfait.


The slightly warm Taiyaki has a wide open mouth, with a light pink cream and strawberries in it. ... yes, cream. I thought it had soft serve ice cream, but it was whipped cream!

If you look closely at the product name, there are gelato type with ice cream and soft serve ice cream, but it seems that the one I ordered was the whipped cream type. It was a little different from what I expected, "Hiyahokka". Sorry ...

Regain your mind and face the sea bream parfait in front of you. The cream and strawberries are topped with chocolate sauce, powdered sugar and alazan. I really wanted to take a picture that was split vertically, but I gave up because it was arranged neatly. I will eat in order from the top.


Pakuri strawberry and cream at once! The sweetness of the cream and the acidity of the strawberries go well together, as expected. It doesn't feel as cool as soft serve ice cream or ice cream, but it's delicious. It doesn't melt, so it may be a point that you can eat slowly.

In this way, I continued to eat the parfait part and arrived at the Taiyaki part. If you take a closer look, it looks like a method of making a "parfait" on a taiyaki that has been made into a bowl without the head of the fish. It doesn't seem that the parfait is stuck in the mouth. So that's it.

And this Taiyaki, "Border" is crispy and very delicious. The inside is chewy and taiyaki, but the dough is like eating Western-style sweets. Of course, the contents are red bean paste.



By the way, it wasn't held on this day, but you can usually choose the bean paste in your stomach from "red beans," "chocolate cream," "custard," and "matcha cream." Next, it may be good to make "Matcha Azuki Gelato" with "Matcha Cream" and make Matcha Zammai.
