The Beef Summit is an event where general visitors vote for the taste of beef-based dishes. This will be the fourth time this year. Twenty-five stores (as of August 18) are scheduled to participate this year, and mainly sell dishes using branded beef from each region.

It is said that the winning stores will be decided based on the total score, which is the sum of the number of general votes and the scoring by the executive committee.
Entrance is free of charge. Food and drink charges will be paid separately in cash at each store. The holding time is from 10:00 to 21:00 on the 23rd and from 10:00 to 17:00 on the 24th.
