"Sanukiya" is a long-established Sanuki udon restaurant that was founded in 1964 and offers dishes and sake using seasonal fresh fish and Yonezawa beef, including udon noodles. Since inventing "chilled curry udon" about 15 years ago, the ingredients have changed every year, and this year a menu using seasonal "migratory crabs" has been developed.

"Chilled crab curry udon with soy milk cream hoippu" is a combination of grilled crab, dried sardines, soup stock from kelp, and deep roasted bitter curry. Add the attached "soy milk cream hoippu" and eat.

Soymilk cream does not have the peculiar habit of soybeans and is characterized by its mellow and rich richness. When added to curry, it adds mildness to the bitter taste. Even so, the taste of the crab is not erased, and the aroma of the migratory crab can be enjoyed to the end.
