"Original Jajangmyeon" is a set of noodles and sauce that makes it easy to make "Jajangmyeon", which is popular in Korea, at home. It seems that a full-fledged "Jajangmyeon" can be made simply by mixing garlic, ginger, and minced meat with tianmian sauce and doubanjiang sauce, and then mixing it with chewy noodles.
