Hotto Motto to be Launched on May 15

A new "Mochi Mini" series will be launched by Plenus at the 2,444 outlets that operate the Hotto Motto take-out boxed meal chain.

The "Mochi Mini" series was developed to provide "moderate satisfaction" with "a little less" by using domestically produced

glutinous

barley rice. The glutinous barley rice is a blend of four types of rice: glutinous barley, round barley, hadaka barley, and glutinous brown rice, which gives the rice a unique sticky texture. Three different lineups of meat, fish, and vegetable dishes are available to suit various tastes.

The

"Mochi Mini Aya Tofu Hamburger Bento" features colorful vegetables and a fluffy tofu hamburger steak. The Mochi Mini Half Cut Steak Bento features aromatic spices and a special sauce that enhances the flavor of the cut steak. The "Mochi Mini Shabke Bento" features a combination of Japanese side dishes centered around grilled salmon and glutinous barley rice.
