Conger eels and eels, which are popular as summer "stamina foods", are now available at each Sushiro store. "Golden Toro Anako" will be released on June 9th, and "Authentic Unagi Kabayaki" will be released on July 21st. It will end as soon as all are gone.

This is a new product of "From the Sea of the World to the Sea of the World, Good Material 100 Yen PROJECT" that provides "selected" material purchased from home and abroad. Both are priced at 100 yen (excluding tax).

The golden conger eel uses the greasy conger eel landed in the "Yellow Sea". Conger eels with high-quality fat and shining "golden" belly are carefully selected and used. It is said that it has a fluffy texture by carefully simmering it with particular attention to temperature control.

On the other hand, authentic eel kabayaki uses eel that is well-greased and is said to have been grown in an environment that is extremely close to nature. It's baked slowly to remove excess fat, and the umami is condensed. Also, by applying it to the original sauce that brings out the umami of the eel and sushi rice, the taste is firmly absorbed into the body.
