Lemon rare cheese cream is a blend of homemade custard and whipped cream, cheese paste, lemon paste, and sour cream. In addition, salt is added as a secret ingredient to create a refreshing aftertaste.

The fluffy choux pastry melts with the cream that overflows from the inside, and the sweet and sour taste of rich cheese and lemon spreads throughout the mouth.
