A soft, moist and steamed chiffon sandwiched with whipped cream using pure fresh cream from Hokkaido. The size is 11 cm. Even if you cut it up and share it!

Chateraise "Tiramisu Double Shoe"

Cream puff that tastes like tiramisu cake. The cocoa shoe dough is baked with a bittersweet coffee-flavored cookie, and is filled with cream that combines coffee custard cream and coffee jelly, and tiramisu cream that uses Hokkaido mascarpone cheese.

Chateraise "Fluffy Roll Berry Rare Cheese"

A roll cake made by wrapping a fluffy, moist sponge with rare cheese cream containing strawberry and raspberry compote. Syrup containing keva (distilled lemon and lime) is added to the sponge dough to give it a crisp taste.

A "new sensation" dessert ice that is neither shaved ice nor ice cream. Kakigori, which is made by freezing and crushing Hakushu famous water, is mixed with mellow ice cream to create a soft texture. The lineup of flavors is "strawberry," "chocolate mint," and "white peach yogurt flavor from Yamanashi prefecture."
