From June 1, AEON's sweets series "Select Sweets" will start selling "Setouchi Lemon Mont Blanc Tart," "Melon Tart," "Crown Melon Cream Puff," and "Mochitto Torori Puff Setouchi Lemon Rare Cheese," which are perfect for early summer. The products have been on sale since June 1. The products are available at up to 400 AEON stores in Honshu and Shikoku, including AEON and AEON Style stores.

Setouchi Lemon Mont Blanc Tart

This hybrid sweet combines a tart and Mont Blanc. The tart dough is slightly salted to give it a mild sweetness that will not become boring, and is topped with whipped cream, Setouchi lemon custard sauce, and a refreshing Setouchi lemon cheese cream. This is a dish that allows you to enjoy Setouchi lemons. Priced at 278.64 yen (tax included, same below).

A tart that looks like a melon

This cute-looking tart is based on the popular summer melon. The tart is topped with whipped cream, a dome of melon mousse, and coated with melon-flavored napage. It is topped with white chocolate sauce to resemble melon and pumpkin seeds. Price: 213.84 yen.

Crown Melon Cream Puff

Baked puff pastry filled with cream blended with Shizuoka Prefecture crown melon flower paste. The flavor of the crown melon can be felt from the first bite. The price is 105.84 yen.

Mochitto Torori Choux Setouchi Lemon Rare Cheese

A cream puff filled with cheese cream in a dough with a soft and chewy texture. The cheese cream is made of rare cheese with sour cream and Setouchi lemon, perfect for the hot season. Price: 149.04 yen.
