Uses no wax lemon peel
From the Kirin Beverage "From the Kitchen of the World" brand, a limited number of "Kirin from the Kitchen of the World Horoniga Peel Pickled Honey Lemon" will be released on June 20th. The estimated price is 160 yen (excluding tax).
This product is inspired by the homemade liquor "Limoncello", which is made by pickling lemon zest, which I met at home in Amalfi, Italy. Sticking to the wax-free lemon peel, the skin is finely ground and prepared, and the volatile scent is trapped in viscous honey. Also, by using the entire white part of the skin, it is said that the bitterness is pulled out. No fragrances, preservatives or colorings.
