The ingredients for winter dorayaki (1 piece) are rice flour 13g (0.46oz), baking powder 1g (0.04oz), millet sugar 4g (0.14oz), soy milk 30ml (1.01us fl oz), pumpkin paste 7g (0.25oz), pumpkin paste 7g (0.25oz), white bean paste (commercially available) 20g (0.71oz), mixed nuts 5g (0.18oz).
