◆ What is the taste?

It has a softer and more moist mouthfeel than muffins made from wheat flour. It also has a chewy elasticity when chewed, and the richness spreads with an elegant sweetness. The crispy and fragrant walnut is a nice accent. Finally, you will be healed by the scent of milk tea that drifts softly!

I used Assam black tea this time, but if you use flavored black tea, it will have a different taste. It looks delicious to make with spiced chai.
