At the Linz Chocolat Cafe Ginza store, a new dessert menu "Lindt Chocolat Parfait Mango" limited to spring and summer is being offered from May 1st. The price is 1,780 yen (tax included).
This is a chocolate parfait consisting of crispy hazelnut crustyan and mango pudding, rich milk chocolate sauce, mango compote, and milk chocolate whipped cream. The top is brilliantly decorated with milk chocolate ice cream, mango sorbet, and passion fruit mini macaroons, and finished with cocoa nibs-filled nugatine and Linz logo chocolate.
The more you eat, the more the sweetness of milk chocolate and the rich and fruity acidity of mango harmonize. It seems that you can enjoy various textures and tastes.
