At each Linz Chocolat Cafe, three summer limited menus, "Lindt White Chocolate Ice Drink," "Lindt Chocolat Parfait," and "Lindt Delise," which combine chocolate and fruit, are now available (excluding some stores). Flavors change monthly, with "blueberries" in June.

Linz White Chocolate Ice Drink is an ice chocolate drink that is a blend of 40% pulp and white chocolate from Linz.

In June flavor "Blueberry", you can enjoy the gentle sweetness of milky white chocolate, the pleasant acidity of blueberries, and the texture of grains. The price is 1,388 yen (tax included, same below) for the eat-in glass specification at the Ginza store, and 772 yen for the To go specification except for the Ginza store.


The Linz Chocolat Parfait is a parfait that combines juicy fruit sorbet, sauce, and pulp with a rich, smooth soft serve ice cream chocolate that uses plenty of Linz chocolate.

In June, sorbet and fruit sauce with condensed blueberry flavor and large frozen blueberry pulp are plentiful. The more you eat, the more it mixes with whipped cream, milk chocolate sauce and soft serve ice cream. Blueberry-colored macaron cookies, almond nugatine, and hazelnut crustian accent the texture. The price is 980 yen.


Linz Delice is a macaron sandwiched with ganache made from Linz chocolate. White chocolate is combined with fruit puree to create a sweet and fruity taste.

In June, a blueberry-colored shell sandwiches a rich ganache of white chocolate with blueberry fruit puree. You can enjoy the pleasant acidity of blueberries. The price is 302 yen.


The July flavor will be "Peach" and the August flavor will be "Strawberry". You can expect both!
