"Two kinds of cherry and salted caramel ice cream trifle" is a glass dessert with custard cream, whipped cream, cut sponge, salted caramel ice cream, etc., topped with 2 grains of Sato Nishiki. The salty taste of salted caramel ice cream and the sweet and sour taste of sour cherries are accented. The price is 626 yen (tax included, same below).

"Sato Nishiki & Dark Cherry Shortcake" is a shortcake with two kinds of cherries, scented with Kirsch and honey. It is topped with Sato Nishiki and finished with roasted almonds and honey. The moist sponge dough made by adding custard and whipped cream go perfectly with the sweet and sour dark cherries. The price is 626 yen.


"Cherry Parfait-Cherry Jelly with Sour Cherry" is a parfait with 3 grains of Sato Nishiki, which looks and tastes gorgeous. Contains sweet and sour cassis ice cream, candy walnuts, blueberry sauce, vanilla ice cream, etc. By sprinkling honey, a rich aroma and natural sweetness are added. You can enjoy the crispy texture of walnuts and the smooth texture of cherry jelly. The price is 950 yen.
