The "Strawberry & Pistachio Fair" will be held at Cocos from March 3. Five kinds of desserts that combine sweet and sour strawberries with rich pistachios will be available.

Strawberry and Pistachio Queen Parfait

This 30cm high dessert is made with 11 strawberries that look like flowers. The sweet and sour taste of strawberry syrup and strawberry sorbet is complemented by the richness of pistachio pudding, and the fruity flavor of strawberry jelly scented with red wine (alcohol not included). The crunchy strawberry meringue, crunchy chocolate crispies, glutinous marshmallow, and plump natural water jelly change their textures as you eat. You can also enjoy the change in taste by pouring the optional pistachio sauce on top. The price is 1,309 yen (tax included, same below).

Strawberry and Pistachio Flowering Parfait

A parfait of strawberries and pistachios with red wine flavored strawberry jelly. It has a slightly mature flavor. The price is 869 yen.

Strawberry and Pistachio Glass Parfait

A convenient size that can be chosen according to the occasion. The price is 429 yen.

Shortcake with fluffy whipped topping and pistachio sauce

A shortcake covered with fluffy whipped topping. The pale green pistachio sauce around the cake and the cherry petal-like pink flakes sprinkled on top give it a springtime feel. The price is 539 yen.

Strawberry and Pistachio Fondant Crepe

When you insert the knife into the sticky crepe, the rich pistachio cream sauce overflows, creating a slightly warm fondant dessert. The sponge cake wrapped in the crepe, the strawberry sorbet topping, and the fresh strawberries around the crepe go perfectly with the pistachio cream sauce. The price is 539 yen.
