A collection of tea sweets!
The sweets buffet "Tea Leaves Sweets Buffet" will be held at "Restaurant Tower Terrace" on the 3rd floor of Kyoto Tower Hotel. The period is from May 20th to August 27th.
A buffet with the theme of "various tea sweets". You can enjoy about 20 kinds of sweets using matcha, roasted green tea, black tea, and herbal tea.
Chocolate mint mousse (May, June)
Matcha sweets use tea leaves from "Marugo Seicha" in Ujitawara Town, Kyoto, the birthplace of Japanese green tea. "Matcha and apricot mousse", "Matcha macaroons" and "Matcha rolls" will be offered.
Bright green
A menu using tea has also appeared in the restaurant's specialty, Light Meal. Approximately 10 types are prepared, including "Matcha Miso Pizza with Asari", which has the exquisite bitterness of matcha and the sweetness of miso, "Marinated green tea with chicken and roasted vegetables", and "Mugicha ankake tea bowl steamed with tsumire".
