Ohayo Dairy Products released a new dessert product, "Jersey Milk Pudding Latte," on April 18th. The price is 145 yen (excluding tax).

Jersey milk pudding is a two-layer type milk pudding with cream on top of a thick pudding made from jersey milk. You can enjoy the original richness of raw milk as if it was squeezed at a ranch and the smooth texture.

Jersey milk pudding Latte uses charcoal-grilled coffee extract with a strong bitterness that is comparable to the taste of rich jersey milk, and frozen crushed powder of fragrant Ethiopian mocha beans. It was developed with the aim of creating an exquisite balance that allows you to enjoy the flavors of both milk and coffee. By putting cream on it and making it into two layers, the rich taste of cafe latte pudding is further enhanced and you can enjoy the change of taste.
