The taste of the popular Kamakura souvenir, Kamakura New German "Kamakura Custer" has become "pudding". The new product "Kamakura Custer Pudding" will be on sale from May 11th at the Takashimaya Yokohama store and the Hiyoshi Tokyu avenue store only. The price is 303 yen (tax included).

"Kamakura Custer" is a popular confectionery that has been loved for a long time since its birth in 1982, with a fluffy sponge cake filled with thick cream. It often appears in movies, anime, and novels as a symbol of Kamakura, and is the most popular namagashi of Kamakura New German.


The "Kamakura Custer Pudding" that will be released this time is a new standard custard pudding produced by Kamakura New German, who has been sticking to custard cream. Using jersey milk, also known as "golden milk," custard pudding, which is baked with a rich egg flavor, and a softly sweet caramel sauce using Wasanbon. It is tailored to a gentle taste that is reminiscent of "Kamakura Custer".
