Korean dessert cafe Sulbing Harajuku (Harajuku, Tokyo) and Sulbing Tenjin (Tenjin, Fukuoka) will sell seasonal menus "Matcha Sorbin" and "Matcha Chocolate Sorbin" from March 10th to April 9th.

Matcha sorbin is a sorbin with bittersweet matcha powder, fresh cream, matcha ice cream, and cut Daifuku on top of fluffy milk shaved ice like powder snow. You can fully enjoy the flavor of matcha. The price is 1,100 yen (tax included, same below).

Matcha chocolate sorbin is a sorbin made by adding matcha powder, cocoa powder, chocolate brownie, and matcha ice cream to milk ice. It seems to have a taste that matches sweetness and bittersweetness. The price is 1,200 yen.

You can enjoy a different taste by sprinkling the matcha sauce that is provided together. Eat-in limited and limited quantity sales.

During the same period, the "Matcha Festival" will be held with a complete matcha menu. "Matcha chocolate toast" (700 yen) and "Matcha tapioca" (500 yen), which are toasted with mochi sandwiched between fresh cream and matcha ice cream and chocolate sauce, are offered.
