At each Korean dessert cafe "SULBING", a new menu "Matcha Sakura Sorbin", which is perfect for the cherry blossom season, will be released on March 10th.
Matcha Sakura Sorbin is a spring sorbin topped with fluffy milk shaved ice like powder snow, bittersweet matcha powder, fresh cream, and cut daifuku, topped with sakura mochi-style ice cream. You can enjoy the mellow taste of Sakuramochi-style ice cream and the bitterness of matcha.
Sprinkle the matcha sauce provided separately for a different taste.
The price is 1,200 yen (tax included). The sale period is until April 8th. Limited quantity.
