"Lotus Biskov Sorbin (1,300 yen)" is a generous amount of luxuriously used Lotus Biskov and caramel sauce, fresh cream, and vanilla ice cream on top of fluffy milk shaved ice like powder snow. It is a sorbin.

The crispy texture peculiar to Lotus Biskov goes well with Sorbin's milk ice. The ice below is topped with espresso sauce, and when combined with milk ice, it tastes like coffee milk. You can enjoy the elegant taste of biscuits and coffee until the end.
