Three kinds of spring cakes will be released on March 9th at each Excelsior Cafe store (excluding some stores).

"Tochiotome Strawberry Creamy Roll" is a "creamy roll" that combines strawberry whipped cream and fluffy chiffon dough. Strawberry paste made from Tochiotome is used for whipped cream. The price is 450 yen (tax included, same below).

"Tochiotome Strawberry Cake" is a cake where you can enjoy cheesecake and vanilla mousse. Layered with Tochiotome puree, baked cheesecake with paste made from Tochiotome, and vanilla mousse. The price is 480 yen.

"Domestic Orange & Chocolat" is a cake that combines domestic orange mousse and chocolate mousse that go well with each other. You can enjoy the texture of the nuts contained in the chocolate mousse and the two types of mousse. The price is 480 yen.
