At Akindo Sushiro, "Good news from the seas of the world 100 yen PROJECT" was launched on November 30th. Products using "excellent ingredients" procured from the seas around the world are sold for 100 yen (excluding tax).

From November 30th, the first product will be "rich sea urchin wrapping" that uses sea urchin with a melting texture and tide flavor. It is said that "good quality sea urchin" is used, which Sushiro has worked on from scratch to improvement from processing to shipping in collaboration with a fishery company in Chile.

From January 2017, "Raw King Salmon" procured in New Zealand for the first time in the history of Sushiro will be offered, and from February, "Natural bluefin tuna lean" off the coast of the North Atlantic Ocean and Ireland will be offered.
