Shiroebi-tei is a restaurant that sells rice bowls made from the rare "white shrimp" landed in Toyama Bay. There is a store at JR Toyama Station, and this is the first store to open in Tokyo.

Sashimi is characterized by its elegant sweetness and aroma, and because it is soft, it is often used as tempura or fried food. At Shiroebi-tei, this is tailored into "white shrimp sashimi bowl" and "white shrimp tempura bowl".
