Kakiyasu Kuchifukudo and Kakijiro "Marugoto Ichigo Daifuku"
There is also a crushed "strawberry" on the mochi part!

Kakiyasu Kuchifukudo and Kakijiro's limited 50 stores have released a new work of the most popular "Ichigo Daifuku" in the "Fruit Daifuku" series. "Marugoto Ichigo Daifuku" is made by kneading crushed strawberries into white rice cakes. For a limited time until November 30, the price is 248 yen (tax included) per piece.

This is a mochi made by kneading freeze-dried strawberry granules, and Daifuku wrapped with red bean paste and a whole strawberry. You can enjoy a cute appearance like a pink polka dot pattern.

The flavorful red bean paste uses 100% Hokkaido azuki beans. It seems that the sweetness is adjusted in consideration of the compatibility of strawberries. Also, the mochi is finished to have a fine and fluffy texture.
