A new product "Tropical Chilled Pineapple Daifuku" will be released from the Japanese confectionery store "Kakiyasu Honfudou" on July 18th at some stores. The price is 180 yen per piece (tax included / trial sales price). From August 1st, the target stores will be expanded and sold.


This was developed with the concept of "Japanese sweets you want to eat in the summer". The flesh of sweet and sour pineapple is wrapped in pineapple-flavored bean paste and rice cake. The "pine cone" pattern of the mochi is expressed in cocoa, and the leaves are reproduced using yokan. It is a playful product that looks like a pineapple.

The storehas sold "white raw chocolate ichigo daifuku " and " ripe! Banana daifuku " and has been well received. In the fall, new seasonal products such as "Shine Muscat Grape Daifuku" and "Kuri-kinton Daifuku" will be launched.
