At each of the Japanese sweets stores "Kakiyasu Kuchifukudo" and "Kakijiro", the summer fruit Daifuku "Ripe! Banana Daifuku" is on sale from June 1st. The price is 150 yen (tax included) per piece.


"Ripe! Banana Daifuku" is a rice cake with a faint banana scent. "Banana An", which is made by kneading banana paste into white bean paste, and Fruit Daifuku, which wraps freshly cut bananas. The scent, shape, and texture are all focused on the realism of "just like a real banana."

We use bananas cut at the store every day to bring out the aroma and deliciousness of fresh bananas. The sugar spot (brown part of the ripe banana peel) is represented by cocoa. It seems that you can taste it more deliciously if you cool it a little in the refrigerator.
