This is a new product in Nakau's "Egg Toji Don" series. It is said that 3 large fried oysters from Hiroshima prefecture are combined with Japanese-style soup stock and bound with eggs to make it "fluffy".

The oysters used are those that have been landed at the "most delicious time" when the spawning season is over and the umami is stored. By frying after receiving an order, you can enjoy the crispy texture of the batter, the scent of the rocky shore, and the umami that gradually spreads in your mouth.
